Two weeks of providing a one on one partner to assist in booking meetings, scheduling the agenda, coordinating the agenda on the day, assist in arranging seating, taking care of vendors the day of, and officiating the ceremony.
Moldavite Package Day of Coordinator w/Ceremony officiant
Assistance from start to finish of the event. A Bride’s best friend. Communicates with vendors and maintains the schedule of the day. Directs guest to and from event space(s). Keeping the day on schedule. Best bang for your dollar! Host will be able to host and mingle, so enjoy your event and hire an assistant.
Tanzanite Package 33 day Commitment Planner

Our staff will go above and beyond in the cleaning of the facility used for your event inside & outside. Having a big event can be stressful for the host, let our staff help you keep your deposit and we will put in the elbow grease to maintain cleanliness of the facility.
